Nathaly Aya Pastrana, PhD student of the COHESION Project, attended the International Social Marketing Conference that took place in Singapore 15-17 July 2018, with the theme “Broadening Cultural Horizons in Social Marketing”. She was a panelist in the Special Session “Critical Issues in Social Marketing in the Asia-Pacific”.

Her presentation entitled “Greater Social Good for Whom? Advancing Gender in Social Marketing”, highlighted the importance of incorporating the gender perspective in social marketing and provided examples of how gender is a core component of the COHESION Project.
