Researchers from the COHESION-I Project have published a study protocol describing the implementation of a community health system innovation across three low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Titled “Implementation of the community health system innovation project in three low- and middle-income countries: COHESION-I study protocol”, the article outlines the study design, objectives, and methodological approach of the COHESION-I Project, providing a framework to examine how health system innovations can be adapted and implemented in diverse contexts. The study protocol was published in December 2025 in the journal BMJ Open.
