Team members and national advisors reviewed project results and shared recommendations to support the sustainability of the interventions.

The meeting was held on August 19, 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, bringing together our team members and national advisors. The session began with project updates, followed by a presentation of the results from activities carried out in participating health centers, including peri-urban and rural facilities across both intervention and control groups.

Advisors highlighted the positive results of the health corners, particularly the increase in blood pressure screenings. Their recommendations focused mainly on the sustainability of the interventions, including the role and training of healthcare professionals, the involvement of primary multi-skilled agents in disease screening, and equipment management. They also provided feedback on data validation and the assessment of satisfaction levels, and proposed the creation of a Clinical Advisory Board to support health initiatives at the national level.

We thank the National Advisory Board for their active participation and valuable contributions to the discussion.
